How To Obtain the Version of Tomcat that DocuShare Uses

To obtain the version of Tomcat: 

  1. Open a command prompt window on the DocuShare Server

     

  2. Change into the {dshome}\bin directory 

    Where {dshome} is the installation path for Docushare. The default installation path is C:\Xerox\Docushare. Depending on your installation environment this path may vary. 

     

  3. Type setup_docushare.bat and press Enter

     

  4. Change into the {dshome}\tomcat\bin directory.

     

  5. Type version.bat and press Enter. 

Example output:

C:\Xerox\Docushare\tomcat\binversion.bat 

Using CATALINA_BASE: C:\Xerox\Docushare\tomcat 

Using CATALINA_HOME: C:\Xerox\Docushare\tomcat 

Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: C:\Xerox\Docushare\tomcat\temp 

Using JRE_HOME: C:\Xerox\Docushare\jdk1.6.0 

Server version: Apache Tomcat/6.0-docushare 

Server built: May 17 2007 10:26:24 

Server number: 6.0.13.0 

OS Name: Windows 2003 

OS Version: 5.2 Architecture: x86 

JVM Version: 1.6.0_18-b07 

JVM Vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
