- Click on Account Settings (user profile icon) to show drop down menu.
- From the drop down, select Manage Subscription.
- Select Transfer Subscription.
- Select the User to become new subscription owner and select Save. User account must already be created in the subscription.
The new User will then receive an email and must confirm to complete the transfer.
Note: If an error has been made, you can cancel the subscription transfer by clicking the Cancel Subscription Transfer button. A message will confirm that you have cancelled the transfer.
Tech Tip: The previous Subscription Owner defaults to an account Administrator after the confirmation of the transfer to the new Subscription Owner.
