DS Flex Mobile Capture Option is not working

The DocuShare Flex Mobile Capture option requires that you allow access to access to the camera, if this is not allowed then it will not work. The option to allow access to the microphone is optional.

- When prompted “DocuShare Flex†Would like to Access the Camera you must click OK.

- When prompted “DocuShare Flex†Would Like to Access the Microphone you can choose OK or Don’t Allow.

Note: If you do not allow access to the microphone an informational message will pop up to warn you each time you use the Capture option.
