Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.6.1.
Issue
Unable to add content using Content Intake Manager (CIM).
The \logs\DSServer.stdError log file shows error similar to:

Reason / Possible Cause
This is caused by the DocuShare 6.6.1 license which now includes User Document Count Quota.
Solution
Look at the Content Intake Socket for the Default User Handle value setup to verify if that user has exceeded their Document Count Quota. You may have to change the Default User Handle to a different user or contact licensing to get a new license with higher Document Count Quota.
