Note: This applies to Servers that have Time Force installed.
Issue
Users are unable to search and new content is not being indexed. However, the IDOL server and Index server are running and the indexing Q is not backed up.
The following errors are displayed in the logs:

Reason / Possible Cause
The Time Force software changes the IDOL indices absolute path so it cannot find the index.
Solution
1. Remove Time Force from the DocuShare Server.
2. Restart DocuShare.
3. Once DocuShare has restarted, the reindexChangesSince command line utility should be run to reindex the objects since the error occurred.
