In order to troubleshoot your issue DocuShare Technical Support requires that the following information be gathered and uploaded to our DocuShare (DoUG) site using the collection link provided by DocuShare Technical Support Representative.
Note: You must be a Windows Administrator.
Note: Additional information may also be requested depending on the nature of your issue.
Required Information:
· A copy of the \logs directory. (zipped)
Where replaced with the installation directory for DocuShare. Depending on your installation environment the path may vary. The default installation path is C:\Xerox\DocuShare.
· A copy of the \config directory. (zipped)
· A copy of the System Information for the DocuShare Server. (Save as a .txt file)

· A copy of the System Information for the DocuShare Database Server. (if located on a different server than DocuShare) (Save as a .txt file)
