Issue
Email Agent fails to upload or send a message.
The \logs\mailagent.sdtOut display the following error:

Reason
If a duplicate message ID is found then the email is deleted and not uploaded to DocuShare.
Example of the Email Agent process:
1. DocuShare monitors the inbox.
2. When an email arrives, it is grabbed for processing.
3. DocuShare looks to the email header for the unique messageID, verifying it is not a duplicate.
a. If no duplicate messageID is found, the email is uploaded.
b. If a duplicate messageID is found, the email is deleted and the email is not uploaded.
4. Upon completion of processing, the original message is marked for deletion.
Solution
The duplicate message ID issue will need to be diagnosed on the mail server or mail client that is sending the email with the duplicate message IDs.
