Note: Solution Applies to DocuShare 6.6.x.
Issue
Error Displayed When Trying to Access DocuShare Using Internet Explorer (IE) 8.
The status bar displays an error and when you click on error, a message box displays that contains the Webpage error details.
Example:
Message: ’tinymce’ is undefined

Solution
Add the DocuShare Site URL to Approved Sites in the Content Advisor.
To add the DocuShare site URL to Approved Sites:
1. Open Internet Explorer, select Tools | Internet Options. The Internet Options window displays.
2. Select the Content tab, under the Content Advisor section select the Enable button. The Content Advisor window displays.
3. Select the Approved Sites tab, in the Allow this website box enter the site URL and click the Always button.
4. Click OK to save the changes.
