Issue
When uploading a document via the DocuShare web UI a Microsoft Internet Explorer pop up window is displayed with the following error “Error XML Parser could not be foundâ€
Reason
Active X is disabled in Internet Explorer.
Note: The DocuShare user can proceed with uploading document and editing document properties; however, the Change History tab encountered a more serious XSLTorms Exception and it will not work.
Workaround
Enable Active X (if possible)
1. From Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu | click Internet Options.
2. Select the Security Tab.
3. Click the Custom Level button.
4. Under the heading Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins select Enable.
5. Click OK.
6. Click OK.
