Issue
The following error will be displayed in the Xerox\Docushare\Logs\Tomcat.stdOut
[Thread[Thread-19,5,main]] - jp.co.fujixerox.docushare.amber.DSWebSystemException: Couldn't initialize the dynamic crypto class; nested exception is:
Possible Cause / Reason
When DocuShare Content Encryption is enabled you will not be able to open encrypted DocuShare objects until you have the DocuShare encryption license key applied to your DocuShare server. If you try to open an encrypted object an Error 500 displayed in the client and Error 500 or 700 displayed in the browser.
Solution
Content Encryption option is only available for DocuShare CPX. It requires an update for cryptocontent to be applied to the DocuShare Server and a new license key to be issued with the Content Encryption option enabled.
Note: If you require Content Encryption and do not have it, the DocuShare Sales Team will need to be contacted at 1-800-735-7749.
Note: If a license key without encryption is applied then content that is uploaded to DocuShare while the non-encryption license is applied will not be encrypted. Any content that was uploaded while content encryption was enabled will not be accessible; it will display a 500 or 700 error in the browser or client when trying to check them out or save them.
