If the email agent is configured in DocuShare but non-DocuShare users are submitting emails via the email agent to DocuShare There is no way to control whether or not they define By default when an email is sent to the DocuShare email agent and that email address does not have an account in DocuShare then the files will be sent to the Email Agent users personal collection as defined in Admin Home | Services and Components | Email Agent | User Account.
To have DocuShare upload only the attachment to this default destination you need to go into the properties of the Email Agents personal collection, select Edit and then select True for the Attachments Only property. With this setting enabled any email that comes and does not have either a destination or email account associated with a DocuShare user it will upload only the Attachment. From there it can be routed or dealt with manually.
