How To Remove the Retain login for future checkbox from the DocuShare Login page
Solution:
Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.x
Note: You must be a DocuShare Administrator to perform this solution
To remove the retain login for future checkbox:
1. Log into DocuShare as admin.
2. Click Admin Home | Site Management | Account Policies link. The Account Policies page displays.
3. Under the Automatic Logout Policy heading, select Log out user when browser is closed.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. Close the Web Browser
6. Open the Web Browser. The Retain login for future checkbox should no longer be displayed.
Note: If the checkbox is still listed you should verify the changes made in the steps above have been applied. In some instances a restart of DocuShare may be necessary to see the changes and/or checking the cache settings on the browser you are using (Example: Internet Explorer).
