How To Remove or Restrict Users and Groups From Appearing in Search Results

Set the Site Registry Access to Administrator.

To set the site registry access to Administrator:

1. Log into DocuShare as admin.

2. Select Admin Home | Site Management | Access Policies. The Access Policies page displays.

3. Select Site Access Authority to Administrator from the drop down menu.

4. Click the Apply button.

Note: If the routing feature is used by Users on the site this solution should not be used, as it will prevent the users from finding other users.
