Issue
Index Results inaccurate. DocuShare 6.5.3 Patch 6 on 32bit Windows2003 server.
Some PDF Documents were not recoverable in the Recoverindex list.
The following errors were listed in the \logs\
IdolFileSystemFetch.stdOut.

Note: Patch 6 was installed not long before this issue occurred.
Possible issue
DLLs not compatible with libraries.
Solution
1. Verify that all Windows updates are up-to-date.
2. Re-install Patch 6.
Note: If prompted for the installation of Visual C++ Redistributable Libraries and a reboot of the Windows server make sure you do this.
3. After Server reboots re-index the site.
4. Once re-index completes verify search is fully functional and that the error related to kvutil.dll is no longer appearing in the log.
