PDF and Word Document Thumbnail Images are Missing From Collection View

Issue

PDF and Word document thumbnail images missing from collection view.

Solution

Image files will only appear as thumbnails in DocuShare. Image files include TIFF, GIF, BMP, PNG, etc. PDFs and Word documents (although these may be read only) are not image files. Therefore, an application icon will appear in place of a thumbnail.
