Solution
Try accessing DocuShare via Tomcat (port 8080) and applying the license string again.
Note: If port 8080 access is turned off, you can try accessing DocuShare from another workstation that is running a different version of Internet Explorer.
Note: If DocuShare does not display the error, then the issue is most likely caused by Internet Explorer 9.
