Page Size Does Not Exist When Editing A User’s Properties

Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.5.3.

Issue

Unable to change the Page size value when Editing the Properties of a User. The default value is displayed when View is selected. However, when selecting Edit the Page Size value is not displayed.

Solution

Update the user object properties for page size read only to “noâ€.

1. Log in as admin and select Admin Home.

2. Expand Object Properties and select User. The User – Property Values page displays.

3. Click the Edit button next to Page Size. The Edit User Integer Property page displays.

4. Next to Read Only select NO.

5. Click the Update button at the bottom of the page.

6. From the Administration Menu | Object Properties select Update Properties.

7. Click the Submit button.
