Issue
After configuring the Tomcat bridge for IIS correctly and restarting IIS the following message is displayed in the web browser.
Service Temporary Unavailable!
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Tomcat/ISAPI/isapi_redirector/1.2.41
The DocuShare server is still reachable via port 8080 in a web browser.
Reason / Possible Cause
The Tomcat bridge port may be turned off.
Solution
1. Open a Command Prompt window.
2. Change into the \bin directory.
3. Type dssetup and press Enter.
4. Check the to see if the Tomcat Bridge port is set to (off) and that the Bridge port has a value (the default bridge port is 8009),
5. If the bridge port is set to off:
a. Stop DocuShare.
b. From a Command prompt run dssetup again.
c. Turn the bridge port on and set the port value to 8009.
d. Start DocuShare,
e. Restart IIS.
f. Try accessing DocuShare via port 8080 once that is reachable try accessing DocuShare via IIS.
