Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.6.x.
Issue
The Display Show All Button on the Pages with Search Capability, Display Content Map and Enable Personal Trashcan options are set to No and have no option to change to Yes. The Yes option is not even listed as an option on the page.
Possible Reason / Cause
If customer purchased the High Scalability Kit and Applies the High Scalability license the Display Show All Button on the Pages with Search Capability, Display Content Map, and Enable Personal Trashcan options will be disabled.
Solution
Working as intended. This options are intentionally disabled for performance reasons.
Note: These options are not enabled by modifying a file manually. Modifying a file manually will only change the display in the UI of DocuShare to Yes but the option will remain disabled.
