Follow the steps below to correct this issue:

- Log into DocuShare as Admin.
- On the navigation bar, click Admin Home to go to the Administration UI.
- Click the plus sign [+] beside Site Management to expland the menu item.
- Click the Access Policies link below Site Management.
- From the Registry Access Authority menu, select User.
- Click the Apply button.
- Log in as a user to the DocuShare site and try to route a document again.
