The Change History Information is Missing from Collections

Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.5.x and 6.6.1

Issue

The change history information is missing from Collection(s).

Solution

Configure Access Operation Tracking.

To configure Access Operation Tracking:

Note: You must be a DocuShare Administrator to perform this solution.

Note: The Enable Data Tracking changes will not be take effect until the DocuShare service is restarted.

1. Log into DocuShare as admin.

2. Select Admin Home | Site Management | Access Tracking. The Access Operation Tracking page displays.

3. Place a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Enable Data Capture.

Note: Select Operations to Track by selecting checkboxes.

4. Click the Apply button.

5. Restart DocuShare.

Note: The Enable Data Tracking changes will not be take effect until the DocuShare service is restarted.
