Unable To Access DocuShare
Note: This applies to DocuShare Servers running on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Issue
Unable to access DocuShare.
The following message will be displayed in the \logs\Monitor.log.

Reason / Possible Cause
This is an issue with Windows Server 2008 R2.
Note: Please refer to the Microsoft website at _http://www.microsoft.com to obtain the most current information. Search for Kernel sockets leak on a multiprocessor computer that is running Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7. If necessary, contact the vendor directly for additional information.
Workaround
Restart DocuShare.
