NOTE: The instructions in the DocuShare 3.1 Installation Guide are missing some steps. Make sure to follow all the steps outlined below.
To change any of the configuration settings for DocuShare Interact:
To change any of the configuration settings for DocuShare Interact:
- From the workstation, login as admin and click on [Admin Home].
- Under Services and Components, click on [DocuShare Interact]. The DocuShare Interact window will be displayed.
- Click on the [Restore Default] check box. A check mark will be displayed in the box.
- Click on [Apply] at the bottom of the window. A new DocuShare Interact configuration window will be displayed.
- In the appropriate fields enter the correct values for Administrator Email Address, SMTP Gateway Address, and Email Domain.
- Click [Apply]. The next DocuShare Interact configuration window will be displayed.
- In the URL of DocuShare Servlet field, enter the new DocuShare server URL, then click [Apply]. The DocuShare Interact configuration status window will be displayed.
- Click on the [Verify DocuShare Interact] link at the bottom of the window. The DocuShare Interact Verification window will be displayed.
- Click [Verify]. The DocuShare Interact verification status will be displayed.
- Check that DocuShare Interact is properly configured. The DocuShare is configured properly if there are no errors returned.
- Click on [Home] on the navigation bar to exit and return to the DocuShare home page.
