User and Domain Names - SMB Scan Service & PostgreSQL

When configuring the SMB scan service on a DocuShare server that uses the PostgreSQL database, the character case used for the username and domain name must be identical. Because PostgreSQL is case-sensitive, the DocuShare Username and DocuShare Domain you enter on the Scan page in the DocuShare Admin UI must match the username and domain name stored in the database.
