Issue
A Content quota exceeded error is displayed in the Admin Home | Services and Components | ConnectKey for DocuShare | Server Log.
Reason / Possible Cause
This error has nothing to do with ConnectKey.
The error is caused by one of the following:
· A User that is authenticated has reached their DocuShare quota.
· The DocuShare License site quota has been reached.
For example, Site Document Count Quota = 5000
Solution
Verify the Document Count Quota has been exceeded and if it is a value they can change or if it is a license limitation that would require sales and licensing. if that user has exceeded their Document Count Quota. You may have to change the Default User
