Reason/ Possible Cause

Solution
1. Stop the DocuShare.
2. Make a copy of the ContentStore.xml (from \Xerox\DocuShare\config).

Note: The path should have an ending forward slash. Example: c:/xerox/docushare/documents/
4. Make the appropriate changes and save the file.
5. Start the DocuShare.
6. Log into DocuShare as Admin and click Admin Home.
7. From the Administration Menu expand Site Management.
8. Select Repository Paths.
9. Check the Directory Path field. If there is an extra / at the end of the path, remove it.
