You can deactivate a user account when the user no longer needs access to a DocuShare Flex site.
Deactivated user accounts are not counted towards the number of licensed users. However,
deactivated user accounts remain in the system so you can later reactivate an account.
Note: Deactivating a user account does not delete the account from the LDAP server.
However, a deactivated user account does not count against the maximum number of users
licensed for the site.
To deactivate or reactivate a user account:
1. Go to the web UI.
2. On the sidebar, click Users & Groups.
3. Locate the user account that you want to deactivate and select the checkbox next to that account.
4. From the Selected Actions menu, select Deactivate.
Note: To reactivate a deactivated user account, select Reactivate from the Selected Actions menu.
