Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.6.x.
Issue
The Route option is not listed in the More Actions menu.
Reason / Possible Cause
The Access Policies are set to Administrator. Users need access to the Registry to List possible recipients for routing.
Solution
This is working as intended and is not a bug.
Note: You must be the DocuShare Administrator to perform this solution.
Change the Registry Access Authority setting to User:
1. Log into DocuShare as Admin.
2. On the navigation bar, click Admin Home | Site Management | Access Policies. The Access Policies page displays.
3. Select User from the Registry Access Authority drop down menu.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. Log in as a user to the DocuShare site and try to route a document again.
Note: This value is stored in the \config\amber.properties. (registry_access=).
