Problem
When users are performing an advanced search in the DocuShare Windows Client (DSClient) error code -400 is displayed.
Solution
1. Disconnect the DocuShare Client the mapping and then remap to the DocuShare Server.
2. Attempt to perform the advanced search again.
Note: If the issue still exists after remapping to the DocuShare Server, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the DocuShare Client on the workstation or update the client to a new version if one is available.
