Issue
The following error message is displayed when the customer is trying to reset the admin password on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit Server.
Cannot reset password can't find JDBCpropertybean.properties
Solution
1. Click Start | Programs | Accessories.
2. Right-click the Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
3. Have the customer open a terminal window as an administrator.
4. Change into the \bin directory and try running the reset password command again.
