DocuShare license information
• If your installation is a 30 day trial; at the end of the installation, fill out the form provided by the install Wizard and you will receive a license that is valid for 30 days.
• If the software is purchased; at the end of the installation, send a license request email to docushare.licenses@xerox.com
The license request must include the Host ID number for your server (located on the site License page) and your customer or company name. After Xerox validates your request, Xerox emails you a license string.
• If the software is purchased; at the end of the installation, send a license request email to your DocuShare License Administrator or your local DocuShare reseller or distributor, and include the Host ID number for your server (located on the site License page) and your customer or company name. After your request is validated, you will receive a return email with your license string.
• If your installation is a version upgrade or product add-on, you may need a new license string to enable the new features provided by these types of installations. Send a license request email to docushare.licenses@xerox.com
