How to use the dsindex command to index a Collection

1. Open the Command Prompt window.
2. Change into the \bin directory.

Where is replaced with the installation directory for DocuShare. The default installation path is C:\Xerox\DocuShare. Depending on your installation environment the path may vary.

3. Type dsindex -collection and press Enter.

Example: dsindex -collection Collection-10

When you specify a Collection, it will index everything under that Collection including Collections under it. There is no need to specify subcollections.
