Note: This solution applies to DocuShare version 6.x, 6.5.x and 6.6.1.
If a DocuShare Administrator wants to view the changes made by users in DocuShare, for example permissions changes made to a collection then the access.csv can provide detailed access information if enabled in the Admin UI.
Note: If Access Tracking is enabled then access.csv is stored in \logs directory. Where is replaced with the installation path for DocuShare. The default installation path is C:\Xerox\Docushare. Depending on your installation environment the path may vary.
To enable access tracking:
1. Log into DocuShare as admin.
2. Select Admin Home | Site Management | Repository Log Files. The Repository Log Files page displays.
3. Next to Enable Logging select Yes.
4. If necessary increase the Access Log File Size, Access Log Rolling Index, Error Log File Size and/or the Error Log Rolling Index.
Note: Click the option Name for a detailed description of any of the options listed above.
5. Click the Apply button.
Note: It may also be necessary to go into Admin Home | Site Management | Access Tracking and select the specific activity to be tracked.
