HTTP Status 404

Note: This solution applies all versions of DocuShare.

Issue

When trying to access the DocuShare Web UI the following error is displayed in the web browser.

HTTP Status 404 -/dswebe/HomePage

Note: DocuShare is started and all the services are running

Reason / Possible Cause

This can happen when the DocuShare URL is incorrect.

Solution

Verify the URL that is being used to access DocuShare is correct. If Tomcat is enabled try accessing the site via port 8080.
