Note: This applies to DocuShare Drive.
Using DocuShare Drive Web Checkout function requires that the following options are correctly configured. Review the information below to verify that your installation is configured correctly.
DocuShare Drive Web Checkout troubleshooting:
1. Verify that DocuShare Drive is installed.
2. Verify that Internet Explorer is being used to do the Web Checkout. Currently Web Checkout is only supported with Internet Explorer.
3. Verify the BHO Add-on is enabled.
a. From Internet Explorer, select Tools menu | Manage Add-ons.
b. In Manage Add-ons, look for Xerox Corporation section, DocuShare Drive Browser Helper Object will be listed, and it must be listed as Enabled.
4. Verify that the URL you are browsing to is the exact same URL including port (if applicable) that the DocuShare Drive map points to. If the URL is different disconnect the DocuShare Drive map and then map a new Server to the exact URL (including the port). If they do not match Web Checkout will not work.
