Note: This solution applies to all the versions of DocuShare.
Issue
Unable to save documents to DocuShare via Paperport after upgrading.
Reason / Possible Cause
This is a known issue. The DocuShare Windows Client is still mapped to the older version of DocuShare and Paperport has lost connection.
Solution
Re-map to the upgraded version of DocuShare via the DocuShare Windows Client to resolve this issue.
