Issue
The following error message is displayed in the DocuShare Web UI when attempting to register a device or push buttons to a device.
device settings could not be updated
Note: This issue has been reported by a customer after a power outage affected the MFD, and all settings were lost. The customer reconfigured the Extensible Services Setup in the MFD web UI.
The Connectkey server.log displays the following error:

Solution
If the MFD has SSL enabled, verify that a server certificate is present.
Note: For additional information contact product support for the MFD model in question to confirm and or reconfigure applying a SSL certificate to the MFD.
