- Verify that the MFD is supported for use with ConnectKey for DocuShare.Note: A list of supported MFPs is available through your sales representative or online at https://www.office.xerox.com/en-us/software-solutions/xerox-connectkey-docushare
- Verify that MFP is EIP Enabled.
- DocuShare Server antivirus software and firewall must be configured to allow unrestricted communication between target MFPs and ConnectKey.
- Verify that the MFP's webpage can be successfully brought up and logged into via a web browser from the DocuShare Server.
- If customer is using HTTP Proxy settings verify that machine is at the latest firmware release.
