Issue
DocuShare does not ingest documents in the Watch Folder.
Reason / Possible Cause
The Shared folder was created using a network user account, this account may not have sufficient permissions.
Solution
1. Login as local admin.
2. Delete the previously created share folder.
3. Create a new share using the same share name as before.
4. Try scanning again.
