Note: User must be logged with a Coordinator role to have access to download the logs.

Click Administration.

Click the Services and Components menu and select Services Log.

Click the Download logs... button. A pop-up dialog box will display where all three checkboxes are enabled. If you need only the main logs, enable only Platform. For index / search issues, enable Solr Search Service as well. For Notification issues, enable Tomcat. Then click Download.
Once the logs have been downloaded locally, upload to the Customer Case Collection on the DoUG site for review.
