Issue
When a user attempts to login to DocuShare Flex, they receive the following message.
Your account has not been authorized to access this site. Please contact your LDAP Administrator for more information.
Solution
Verify the username is entered correctly.
Note: User names are case sensitive and must be entered correctly.
