Issue
When an Active Directory user attempts to login using ConnectKey on the MFP touch screen an error is displayed stating that the username or password is incorrect.
Solution
1. Verify the credentials the user is using to login via ConnectKey allow them to log into the web UI of DocuShare.
2. If the user account it able to successfully login via the Web UI, verify that when the ConnectKey button is created in DocuShare and pushed to the MFP that the proper Active Directory domain is also selected, so that when the user logins into the ConnectKey for DocuShare button on the MFP it will search In the correct domain for the users credentials.
