How to gather browser information for troubleshooting
- In Chrome or Edge, press F12.
- Prepare to monitor using the Console and Network tabs.
- Click the record button and verify the Network tab is recording the session.
- Perform the operation/replication steps of the issue.
- Select the Network tab and stop the recording.
- Click the download button to export the session.
- Select the Console tab, then right-click errors/problems you see and export using the Save As option.
- Provide information gathered to support.
