Issue
Some installations of Outlook 2007 there is an add-on called Business Contact Manager (BCM) installed
which conflicts with the Outlook Client.
Example of the issue:
After installing the Outlook client for DocuShare when you launch Outlook when the DocuShare Outlook client logs in it starts to crawl each and every folder on the DocuShare site and displays.
Retrieving Collection-10
Retrieving Collection-11
Retrieving Collection-12
Retrieving Collection-52
Retrieving Collection-97
Etc.. until Each Collection is retrieved.... once it completes you can use Outlook.
Solution
If Business Contact Manager (BCM) is not required it can be removed (follow the Microsoft Outlook Help on how to disable BCM)
