Issue
Unable to access Life Cycle Manager (LCM); HTTP error 404 is displayed.
Note: This solution only applies if the URL loads when the tomcat port is inserted in the URL. For example http://servername:8080/docushare.
Solution
Delete the LCM object from the home page, stop DocuShare, run DSsetup to change the subscription port and then restart DocuShare service. When the server is restarted it will recreate the URL object with the correct parameters
1. Log in to DocuShare as the admin.
2. Perform a search for the Life Cycle Manager object on the Home Page.
3. Delete the object.
4. Stop DocuShare.
1. Open a Command Prompt Window on the DocuShare Server.
2. Change into the \bin directory.
Where the directory is replaced with the installation directory for DocuShare. The default installation during installation is C:\Xerox\Docushare. Depending on the installation environment the path may vary.
3. Type dssetup and press Enter.
4. When prompted for the subscription port, enter the value of 8080. Then complete the dssetup to accept configuration changes.
5. Start DocuShare.
