Life Cycle Manager URL is Displaying Incorrectly

Note: This applies to DS 6.6.1, LCM.

Issue

After running the dssetup command line utility and/or making changes to the DocuShare site URL , when selecting Lifecycle Manager object the page/URL that loads is showing the old information and/or is displaying incorrectly.

Solution

Delete the LCM object from the home page and then restart DocuShare service. When the server is restarted it will recreate the URL object with the correct parameters.

To delete the LCM object from the homepage:

1. Log in as the admin, perform a search for the Life Cycle Manager object on the Home Page.

2. Delete the object.

3. Restart the DocuShare.
