Note: This applies to DocuShare Flex.
Issue
When attempting to scan to DocuShare Flex, the green checkmark button is not displayed that will allow you to finish the scan.
Reason / Possible Cause
The zoom setting in the browser may be set to something other than 100%.
Solution
Set the browser zoom to 100%
In Google Chrome, click the three dots on the right-hand side of the page, select zoom and set to 100%.
In Internet Explorer, click the Tools icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select 100%.
