How to check how long it took to OCR a document.

Note: This applies to DocuShare Flex.

1. From Capture, select the properties of the document.

2. Select Change History.

3. Click the Search button or narrow down the search by date if needed.

4. Look for OCR Status in progress and the date and time stamp.

5. Then look for the Properties changed entry that lists the OCR Status Completed and look at the date and time stamp.

6. The difference between the two values will give you the time it took to OCR the document.
