Note: This only applies to DocuShare 6.5.x and 6.6.x.

Note: You must be an Administrator to perform this solution.
To change the images of the rotating images of the Home Page Slider
1. Make a copy of the following files for backup purposes.
{dshome}\tomcat\webapps\docushare\en\images\ui_homepage_banners_ds_1.jpg
{dshome}\tomcat\webapps\docushare\en\images\ui_homepage_banners_ds_2.jpg
{dshome}\tomcat\webapps\docushare\en\images\ui_homepage_banners_ds_3.jpg
{dshome}\tomcat\webapps\docushare\en\images\ui_homepage_banners_ds_4.jpg
Note: Where {dshome} is the installation directory for DocuShare. Depending on your installation environment this may vary. The default installation path is C:\Xerox\Docushare.
2. Resize your image files to 580x185 to match the original image size (if possible)
Note: The image sizes might need to be a minimum of 820x346 pixels or 1256x500 pixels if you are using hi-res displays. They can be JPG/PNG/GIF image formats.
3. Rename your 4 image files to the same name as the original ones:
- ui_homepage_banners_ds_1.jpg
- ui_homepage_banners_ds_2.jpg
- ui_homepage_banners_ds_3.jpg
- ui_homepage_banners_ds_4.jpg
4. Paste your 4 renamed image files into the {dshome}\tomcat\webapps\docushare\en\images directory (overwriting the default ones that were backed up in step 1)
5. Restart DocuShare
