Issue
The DocuShare Outlook Client displays an HTTP 404 error when moving or copying objects to a DocuShare folder.
Reason / Possible Cause
If the customer’s site has a database that is near capacity DocuShare would automatically set the site to read only mode a few minutes after startup. This could potentially allow the customer to add 1-2 documents successfully and then begin to display the error when DocuShare reverts to read only mode.
Solution
1. Verify that the DocuShare site is set to read/write mode.
· If site is set to Read Only – Investigate if the site was set to read only by the administrator or automatically by DocuShare.
Note: If DocuShare is automatically setting site to read only review the DocuShare logs verify the reason.
2. Verify if the same object be added to destination collection via the web UI.
· If it can then you will need to enable the DocuShare Client Logs and replicate the issue, so that you can review the logs in detail.
